We use a five step design process to create your website.
1. Consultation
We meet, either in person or over the phone, to discuss your concept and desires for your site. This would be the time to discuss our pricing packages, and what kind of work you would like us to do for you. Once we agree on a package and some design ideas, the creative process begins!
2. Design
The first step in the site development is to come up with a design and look for your site. A mockup of your site will be created, and through active communication, we will continue to work with you to refine the look of the mockup until you are satisfied with the design of your site. Using this layout mockup, the web pages are designed next, and the bulk of the site is created.
3. Content
Content is added to the site, including text, images, videos, and forms. Content is usually supploed by the customer, however, Guido Media Services does offer content creation services.
4. Optimization
Your site is optimized for search engines and a friendly user experience. Basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is included with all of our packages, and additional SEO packages can be added to our web design packages at discounted rates. For full scale SEO, we can refer you to one of our SEO experts.
5. Final Edits
Last minute changes and edits will take place by both you and Guido Media Services. Once the site is completely finished and ready for the public, it will be uploaded to the hosting service and be accesible via your domain name.
Maintenance
All of our web design packages come with 1 hour per month of website maintenance for the first year. Guido Media Services is an interactive design company, we won't leave you stranded once your site is finished. You can feel confident knowing that we will be here to keep your site current and well maintained for as long as you need us to.
